Where Do We Stand?
Some of you may have known about our company from the beginning when we first jumped onto the marketing and design stage. If you have been to our website in the past few years, you know that we came out swinging with some seemingly simple questions that served to start a branding conversation. For our second performance, we decided to pull back the curtain even further and offer you a backstage peak at who we are and how we can help you see the big picture.
We had to ask ourselves the same questions that we’ve been asking our clients for years (and we had just as difficult of a time answering them as they do). We looked around and saw what every other firm was doing, and then we made a conscious decision to run as fast as we could in the other direction. Just like you, we can’t afford to fall in line with what is popular. We had to figure out how we would stand out.
So we thought it prudent to not show you a long list of every single project we have ever designed. Instead, we highlighted a few that give you an idea of our capabilities and talk you through our process. Committing your company to a new logo, new website, or even to a stack of new brochures, is a delicate process. Everything matters in presenting just the right image. We wanted to show you the thorough process we go through in guiding you to where you need to be.
We also thought it would be a nice change of pace if there were a design firm that didn’t describe itself using terms like “solutions” and “value-added propositions.” Instead, we wanted to start up a friendly conversation about branding and what it really means for you. We will help you solve your branding dilemmas and add value to your company, of course – but we’d rather do it in a more unique and inspired way.
Finally, we wanted to be able to show off the personality of GD Squared. It’s what we encourage our clients to do — be yourself! — so we stepped onto the stage, rolled the cameras, and showed you exactly who we are. It was a bit nerve-wracking (did our hair look okay?!), but going out on a limb always is. We hope this helps inspire you to take a stand for your own company.
So, please take a look through our new website; if you are interested in learning more, drop us a line. Conversations are what business is all about. It’s how you find out who your customers really are and what they really want. We would be happy to hear what you have say.
